A brief commentary on the work of Rudolf Steiner

The work of Rudolf Steiner (25 or 27 February 1861 - 30 March 1925) helped shift the view of the angels from religious to more humanistic. A German scientist and philosopher, he developed a deep understanding of the angels. He believed that as we became more evolved as human beings the more connected to the angels we would become. Steiner suggested that angels work through images and he suggested that we need to work on our intuition and imagination to decode these images. Steiner thought that Angelic teaching had a threefold purpose. This was that each person would find their own link with divinity, that they would come to live in freedom and honour the divine source within themselves and others.
